Important: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Taraa Fashion Jewellery Private Limited ("Taraa", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of taraa.in and all associated services. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
Placing an Order
By placing an order on taraa.in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding purchase agreement. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Pricing
All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement shall be the final price.
Order Confirmation
An order confirmation email does not constitute a contract. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your order and send you a shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch.
Out-of-Stock Items
In the rare event that an ordered item goes out of stock after your purchase, we will notify you via email and provide a full refund or offer an alternative product of equal value.
Delivery Timeline
We deliver across India within 3–7 business days for standard shipping and 1–2 business days for express shipping. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Free Shipping
Orders above ₹500 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below ₹500 are subject to a flat shipping fee of ₹99.
Delivery Address
Taraa is not responsible for failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer. In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
